A quick note of thanks for doing everything possible to get my daughter's trampoline set up for her birthday. We ordered it just a few days before her birthday and it arrived on the big day and you took the time to deliver and set it up just in time for birthday celebration which made her day! You and your staff went overboard in making sure she got exactly what she wanted (just the right amount of bounce.) We couldn't be happier with the service as well as the final product. The trampoline seems safe and will withstand the many years of jumping that she has ahead of her. I would highly recommend Backyard Adventures!
Johnna F. I would highly recommend Backyard Adventure. Even though we purchased our play set over a year ago we had relocated to a different city and they were so kind to work with us in every way. The employees were so pleasant to work with when they came to install the play set and so knowledgeable about getting it set up. They worked very hard to make sure that everything was done the way we wanted. We have also been very happy with the product itself. It is so sturdy and safe for my two-year old that I don't have to worry about her getting injured. Overall, our dealings with this company have been very positive and we would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone.
I just wanted to send an email to let you know that our family is definitely enjoying their new play set. I never imagined that our small backyard would provide enough space to have a play set installed. But the staff at Backyard Adventures Alabama took the time to listen to our concerns and customized a set that not only provides hours of fun for our children but one that also fits within a limited amount of space within the yard. The staff, from office to install, was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process.
