The Mountain Climber is an extreme climbing adventure unlike any other. It encourages children to steadily inch their way up to the summit, one step at a time. Starting at either end, kids will place their feet in the lower metal loops and move sideways towards the center. A parallel handrail gives them a stable place to hold onto as they move, allowing them to maintain their balance. The structure can be climbed just as easily from either side, which means that two children can start at either end and race each other to the middle. The structure is double-sided, so kids can use it from either side, and multiple children should have no problem using it at the same time. This structure is great for allowing children to feel like daring mountaineers, even though their maximum altitude will only be a few feet above the ground. There is even an additional climbing structure on one side for a quicker way up and down from the peak.
