Like all of our Pedestal tables, it has a thick square beam in its center which holds up the table. However, Nexus models, such as this one, also have four separate support posts connected to the seats on each side. These give it a lot of added strength and help protect the seats, and the entire structure, from damage. When customizing your order, you are also able to choose an ADA accessible design for this table that has only 2 or three of the seats attached. This allows the remaining sides of the table to be used for wheelchair accessibility, allowing chairs to pull right up to the table without impediment. There are also multiple color, mounting, and coating options to choose from, making this a highly versatile product.
